Penncrest: Dan Fisher
The Lion’s Dan Fisher led Penncrest’s offense at the quarterback position this past Friday night by completing 9 of 13 passes for 191 yards (58 long) and 4 touchdowns. Fisher hit four different receivers on his touchdown passes (Horne, Moppert, Zubieta, and Kaut). In addition, Fisher carried the ball 17 times for 40 yards.
Marple Newtown: Abel Hoff
Marple Newtown’s Abel Hoff hauled in 11 passes against Penncrest Friday night for 119 yards including a 50-yard touchdown reception in the 4th quarter.
On special teams, Hoff had 3 kick-off returns for 43 yards (17 long, 14.3 avg) and accumulated 180 yards all-purpose.
For the season, Hoff has 695 yards on 62 catches (11.2 yards per catch), 7 touchdown receptions and 985 yards all-purpose.
