Defensive back Joey Pham’s three interceptions earned him the a positional MVP award at the weekly Delaware County Coaches Association meeting Monday night.  Pham added four tackles and returned one of his interceptions for a touchdown.
Five other Tigers garned honorable mention, including: Ryan Duffy(running back), Christian Whiteside (offensive line), Chris Kurkian (defensive line), Brian Kelly (linebacker) and Ryan White (defensive back).
Ryan Duffy gained 114 yards on 15 carries, including a touchdown.  Ryan White, who scored twice on the ground, forced a fumble and was cited for his defensive efforts.
Christian Whiteside provided a strong presence for the Marple run game, while Junior Chris Kurkian notched 7 tackles, 2 sacks and 3 tackles for a loss.  Senior linebacker Brian Kelly had 8 tackles, a forced fumble, and even blocked a punt for the Tigers.
