An intriguing matchup with playoff implications, the Tigers have won four of their last five games while the Cougars are looking to find a remedy for their late-season woes.
Springfield dropped its second consecutive decision last week with a 28-7 defeat to Strath Haven.  The Cougars’ normally high-octane offense mustered only 204 total yards.
The Tigers rebounded from their Week 8 loss to Haverford with a 27-13 victory over Radnor.  Jamie Ridinger completed two passes, with both resulting in touchdowns.  Cimirrow Moat once again cracked the century mark in rushing yards with 114 on 16 carries.
If Marple can hand Springfield its third straight loss, the Tigers will leapfrog the Cougars in the District One Class AAA standings.
