The Marple Newtown Tigers will look a little different when they take the field on Friday, August 30 against Academy Park. The iconic black helmet with orange paw remains, as well as the home black jerseys and road white jerseys. The Tigers will, however, be sporting a new jersey design from Nike for their home and road sets, and will also add white pants in 2013.
The black jersey will be highlighted with orange trim around the neck and sleeves. The white numbers will also be outlined in orange on the front, back and sleeves. “Tigers” in orange will be featured on the front of the jersey.
The road jerseys will remain white with black numbers/orange outline. The collar and sleeves will be orange, and well as the Tigers name plate on the front.
The team will mix & match their black and white pants with both uniform combinations.
