Marple Newtown concluded its preseason camp with a scrimmage against Archbishop Carroll on Saturday morning at Harry Harvey Field. The Tigers have already started to prepare for their 2014 season opener on Friday night, August 29th, against the defending District One (AAA) Champions, Academy Park.
That game, slated for a 7 PM kick-off, will not be broadcasted on the Tigers Radio Network. However, you can follow all of the action from Sharon Hill, PA via the team’s Twitter account, @MNTigers. The Tigers Radio Network will start their 7th broadcast season the following week, on September 5th, when Marple Newtown travels to George L. King Field for their week 2 game against the Panthers of Strath Haven High School in Wallingford, PA.
